The invention relates to welding equipment for welding pipelines. The mobile plant for producing continuous pipelines contains a resistance butt welding machine (1) supported on the pipe wall, an external deburring device (7) and at least one pipe layer (2). The boom (3) of the pipe layer (2) carries a suspension (15) with supporting rollers (16) for supporting the pipe line (4). According to the invention, a longitudinal member (6) is suspended on the boom (3) of the pipe layer (2). The said suspension (15) is fastened to the longitudinal member (6). The external deburring device (7) is arranged on the front end of the longitudinal member (6), and a heating coil (8) for the heat treatment of the weld is arranged on the rear end of the longitudinal member (6).
