The breathing appts. can be rapidly and non-interactively adjusted. It is suitable for use in emergency cases both for adults and babies. It contains a gating circuit for linking up a tube of a breathing cap to a pressure reservoir. The housing contains elements, which affect the breathing cycle. The housing (4) contains the chamber (6) with an electromagnet (7) and a core (8) aligned with a metallic diaphragm (9). The electromagnet is controlled by a circuit, which causes it to attract or release the metallic diaphragm. This results in the supply or blockage of breathing gas to the gate.
