TETRA-SUBSTITUTED BENZENE DERIVATIVES

摘要

Tetra-substd. benzene derivs. of formula (I) and their pharmaceutically utilisable salts are prepared by reacting the reactive carboxylic acid derivs. of formula (III) with the cpd. of formula (IV), and then removing the protecting group of the rotected hydroxyl radical. In formulas, X is oxygene; R1 is hydroxy, acyloxy or lower alkoxycarbonyloxy; R2 is lower alkoxy, lower alkenyloxy or lower alkylthio; R3 is lower alkoxy; R4 is lower alkyl or p-lower- alkoxybenzoyl, opt. substd. phenyl or benzyl gp.; R1 is protected hydroxy radical.
