The portable, collapsible seat comprises a pair of spaced upright elements which have wheels at their lower ends and are joined at their upper ends by a cross piece. A pair of curved rigid handles extend at an angle from points spaced a short distance from the tops of the uprights. A pair of legs are pivoted to the uprights and these also have wheels at their bottom ends. A hinged platform folds up flat against the legs and uprights when they are in their folded position but is supported horizontally by them when the user wishes to sit down.
