<p>The turbine wheel (2) has independent blades (3-5) mounted on it and separated from each other. There is an adjustable fluid feed to each set as a function of the total amount of fluid supply, via separate volutes (9-11), normally equal in number to that of the blade series. An obturator is fitted in one of the volutes and controlled by a rod to block preferably one series of blades, again as a function of the total quantity of fluid supplied at a given instant.</p> |
