The invention relates to a device for determining and evaluating ink measuring fields on a printed sheet (8), which lies on a coordinate measuring table, using a densitometer. In the case of printing cardboard, the ink measuring fields (14 to 14.3) can be differently arranged on a printed sheet (8), depending on the cut.
