PURPOSE:To remove the issue of a useless account report by discriminating whether data inputted by an operation processing means are registered or not, and printing out all stored register information only when said data are registered. CONSTITUTION:When an account report is to be issued from an electronic type cash register, a key switch 2 on a keyboard 1 is turned to a Z mode and a deposit/cash key on a function key is depressed. A CPU checks a flag indicating the registration of a commodity and, when the flag is set up, the sum stored in a RAM 8 and the contents of a Z counter indicating the number of outputs of account reports are printed out on a printer 10 to prepare account reports. If the switch is turned to the Z mode and the deposit/cash key is depressed in order to obtain an account report without registration of a commodity, the CPU checks no flag setting and the error is informed through a buzzer 11. |
