PURPOSE:To compensate poor sealing performance at the valve seating surface due to misalignment of defective machining, by designing a valve such that a valve element is separate from a valve rod and the valve element is supported in freely movable manner by a guide member on the side of a diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A valve element 8 and a valve rod 9 are arranged to be separable from each other. The valve rod 9 is constructed as a push rod located above the valve element 8 and it is designed to be movable against the force of a spring 15 loaded between the valve rod 9 and a diaphragm 6. On the other hand, the valve element 8 is inserted loosely into a guide member 14 which is fixed to the diaphragm 6, in the manner that it can be movable against the force of a spring 16 disposed around the valve element 8 between the diaphragm 6 and the valve element 8. Thus, since difficulties caused in the conventional arrangement in which the valve element 8 is made integrally with the valve rod 9 can be eliminated, it is enabled to obtain an excellent performance of the valve. |
