<p>PURPOSE:To perform the self-writing/reading for a microcomputer for IC card, by forming a microprocessor, a memory which stores the control program for the microprocessor, a data storing memory and a serial-parallel converter on the same chip. CONSTITUTION:A chip main body 5 contains a microprocessor 1, a control program storing memory 2 for processor 1, a data storing memory 3 and a serial- parallel converter 4 respectively. A data fed serially is converted into a parallel data by a serial-parallel converter 4 and then stored in the memory 3. When a data is delivered, the parallel data stored in the memory 3 is converted into a serial data by the converter 4 and delivered outside.</p> |
