PURPOSE:To raise the efficiency of working by providing upper and lower holders, a guide strut, an elevating base and its expandible elevating means, an outer casing, a rotary tube with a rotary drive blade at its lower end, an elevating casing, and a sand charging port. CONSTITUTION:A sand pile constructing device consists of upper and lower holders 100 and 1, guide struts 10 and 11 fixed between the holders, an elevating base 12 attached in a vertically movable manner between the struts 10 and 11, upper and lower air springs 4 and 400 as expandible elevating means to vertically move the elevating base 12, a fixed strut 13, a hollow outer casing 2, a rotary tube 30 driven by a rotary driver 3, having an excavating blade 31 at its lower end, an elevating casing 5 inserted into the rotary tube 30, and a vibrator 6 at the lower end of the casing 5 and a hopper 7 for the sand charging port. |
