PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new embroidery frame in which a base fabric for embroidery can be totally, uniformly and solidly stretched with an easy attaching work, and this solid stretch force can be continuously maintained during an operation of embroidery.SOLUTION: An embroidery frame 1 comprises a frame body 10 for tightly stretching a base fabric C for embroidery as a main member. The frame body 10 is formed circularly with a receiving groove 20 having a concave shape at its cross section along with the frame body 10. When the base fabric C for embroidery is tightly stretched over the frame body 10, the base fabric C for embroidery is put on the frame body 10 and then a pushing member 30 having elastic property is fitted in to the receiving groove 20 along with the base fabric C for embroidery to tightly stretch the base fabric C for embroidery over the frame body 10. |
