The apparatus (A) is coupled to a tape recorder of which it uses a same head in the writing mode (E) or reading mode (L) according to the position of a nip flop (B), for recording a set of commands (C1)... (Cn) applied to the inputs of a multiplexor (Cx) and for the restitution thereof at an output of a synchronous demultiplexor (Dx) to control the homologous sanction (F1)... Fn. Push buttons BC/1... n allow to selectively and "on the by" correct the recorded orders. The arrangements of the writing circuit (I), reading circuit (II) and correction circuit (III) of the apparatus and particularly the servo-control of its internal clock (H) at the unwinding speed of the magnetic tape preserve in all cases of usage the levels and relative variations of the restituted orders in real or deferred time at any rate, even on a backward mode.
