The present invention relates to the technical field of testing. Disclosed are a method and a device for testing color vision deficiencies. The method for testing color vision deficiencies comprises: acquiring a plurality of preset color schemes, wherein each of the color schemes is configured to test for one type of color vision deficiencies, and the color scheme comprises a base color and a variation color; acquiring a color vision test image corresponding to each of the color schemes; when any of the color vision test images is adopted to conduct a color vision deficiencies test for a test subject, changing one by one, according to grid color changing time sequences in the color vision test image, the colors of at least a portion of grids in the color vision test image from the base color to the variation color, and acquiring an eyeball position of the test subject when each of the color changing grids changes a color; fitting an acquired color point movement trajectory and an eyeball movement trajectory to obtain a first fitting degree; and determining, according to the first fitting degree, the type of color vision deficiencies of the test subject. The method analyzes the correlation between the eyeball movement trajectory of the test subject and the color point movement trajectory on the color vision test image, and thus can quantitatively analyze and determine the type of color vision deficiencies of the test subject, improving the precision of color vision deficiencies detection. |
