The impact arms for rebound crushers for comminuting stone are given a two-legged boat shape with an angle of aperture of 140 to 160 DEG , preferably 150 DEG in cross-section. In the leg joint a bearing nose is arranged. Two such impact arms form back to back an impact tool in the rotor of the rebound crusher. In this arrangement, they are supported on one another by one of their legs whilst the other leg protrudes beyond the circumference of the rotor. The two-component impact tool of the rebound crusher thus has a Y-shaped cross-section. The two impact arms also serve to produce the grinding path. <IMAGE>
