PURPOSE:To effectively set the speed command to zero at the target position by smoothly varying the speed command value at the high speed moving time by speed control at both accelerating and decelerating times by using a counter for generating the speed command. CONSTITUTION:A controller 1 presets by a control line 19 a target feed value to a position control counter 12,and the count-up operation is instructed by the control line 13 at the speed control counter 2. When a motor 7 starts rotating, a rotating angle detector 9 outputs a pulse in response to the rotating angle of the motor 7, and the counter 2 outputs a counted value proportional to the rotating angle. This counted value is converted via a D/A converter 4 to an analog value and is applied as a speed command value to a motor drive unit 30. |
