Industrial product which is intended to prevent scale formation in steam irons, steam boilers for dry cleaning and industrial steam boilers, characterized in that it comprises the following mixture, either pure or in aqueous solution : a) an acid or a complexing salt b) a descaling and complexing substance c) a wetting agent d) an emulsifier e) a corrosion inhibitor.
