The present invention relates to a mutually-selected network hospital system. The system comprises a hospital terminal, a client terminal, and a doctor terminal. The hospital terminal is connected to the client terminal and the doctor terminal, extracts symptoms and sign information corresponding to different diseases from electronic medical records stored in a hospital database, so as to generate a pre-diagnosis information classification table, and transmits the pre-diagnosis information classification table to the doctor terminal and the client terminal for display. The doctor terminal is connected to the client terminal, is used for collecting personal symptoms and sign information of a user at the client terminal and giving feedback. The doctor terminal is provided with a display module for displaying the pre-diagnosis information classification table and an information interaction module for communicating with the client terminal. The client terminal comprises a data transmission module and a data display module, which are respectively used for receiving the pre-diagnosis information classification table and allowing the user to select the personal symptoms and the sign information. The present invention also provides an information interaction method. The information interaction method is very convenient and quick to use according to the system.
