<p>Device for use in shoe manufacture for stapling and smoothing the shaft of a leather section mounted on a last, in which the supply of staples takes place by means of a continuous belt, essentially a vertical double curved lever arm (4) being provided and actuatable by means of a pneumatic piston (2) which, in association with a toothed region provided in the stapling nozzle (7), acts in the manner of a gripper on the shaft of the leather section which is situated in the field of action of this gripper and is mounted on lower fixed points, the stapling nozzle (7) moreover being assigned to the front section of the elongate staple-charging device (10) which has a guide duct for the staple band and which is advantageously fastened on vertical pivoting members (13, 14) which form a parallelogram mounting which can perform a to-and-fro movement, the forward movement taking place under the action of a pneumatic piston (20), which causes a smoothing of the jacket and its extraction as a result of the drive movement of the lever arm towards its starting position, this movement being combined with the operation of the pneumatic stapling cylinder (8) which carries out the stapling of the jacket on a shoe sole. …<IMAGE>… </p> |
