The document of the invention is characterised by the combination of: a) a cover with opaque outer sheet 1 and two pockets, the said cover being made by the simultaneous welding and cutting of the perimeter of the opaque sheet 1 and of two other sheets 2, 3 made of a heat-meltable resin; b) two rigid removable plates 26, 27; c) a series 4 of conventional double leaves; d) an internally gummed central hinge 5 sewn 8 using a basis of heat-meltable fibres to the double leaves 4 and to the two heat-meltable-resin sheets 2, 3; and e) a middle leaf 13 whose external central area distributed either side of the middle vertical fold is also gummed in order to be glued to the central hinge in a tamper-proof way.
