An optical fiber measuring method, comprising: acquiring a detection control parameter transmitted by a control and communication device (101); performing N optical fiber detections according to an optical fiber detection distance, a time duration and an optical pulse width to acquire N combined optical fiber curves, wherein for at least N-1 instances of the optical fiber detections, upon performing each detection, attenuation modulation is first performed, via a modulation device and according to a modulation parameter, on incoming light of an optical fiber link to be measured, the optical fiber links to be measured and respectively corresponding to the modulated light in each detection instance being different from each other (102); and according to the N combined optical fiber curves and the modulation parameter, using a preset curve algorithm to calculate and obtain respective optical fiber curves of the N optical fiber links to be measured according to the N combined optical fiber curves and the modulation parameter, and feeding the optical fiber curves back to the control and communication device (103).
