A bearing structure for an axle, said bearing structure comprising rollers (1), an inner ring (2), a retaining ring (3), a spring clamping ring (4), a paper cylinder (5), a planet gear (6), and a sun gear (7). The rollers (1) are symmetrically arranged on an outer surface of the inner ring (2), a matched connection is present between the rollers (1) and the inner ring (2), the spring clamping ring (4) is arranged at the middle of the retaining ring (3), two ends of the spring clamping ring (4) are tightly connected to the paper cylinder (5) and the inner ring (2), the retaining ring (3) is arranged between the spring clamping ring (4) and the rollers (1), the retaining ring (3) is adhered to side walls of the rollers (1), an outside surface of the paper cylinder (5) is tightly connected to the planet gear (6), and a tight connection is present between an outer surface of the planet gear (6) and an inner portion of the sun gear (7). The structure is simple, has a strong bearing capacity, implements an optimised design for the bearing, increases the empirically designed bearing capacity of an ordinary mechanical bearing mechanism by 9.6%, and helps to reduce tilt bias error. Contact stress between the rollers (1) and the inner ring (2) is distributed more evenly. The structure is compact and light, has a smooth operation and a long reliable lifespan, and is suitable for being promoted and used. |
