In a device for securing pram bodies to vehicle seats, said device consisting of one or more wrap-around straps having in each case an upper and lower section, in order to avoid, in the event of the vehicle being in an accident, deformations of the relatively soft side walls of the pram body by the restraining forces of the wrap-around straps acting on said walls, it is proposed that the two sections of the wrap-around strap or straps be held at a vertical distance from one another on at least one side of the pram body by a rigid support means. <IMAGE>
