This device essentially comprises a slide 2, relatively moveable on the one hand in relation to a manually operable element 1, along a travel limited at one side by a stop 7 integral with the element 1 and at the other by a spring 6, and on the other hand in relation to a system 10 for one-way locking of the slide 2, this system being connected to a means 11 sensitive to one or more physical variables.
