Weighing and dividing machine, particularly for producing equal volumes of bread dough, comprising: on the one hand, an apportioning device comprising a piston 6 moving inside an apportioning chamber 3 formed diametrically inside an oscillating drum 2; and, on the other hand, rod/crank systems 8-9, 27-24 which respectively provide the alternating rotary movements of the drum 2 and the rocking of an oscillating lever 28, this lever being intended to drive the piston 6 towards the far end of the apportioning chamber 3, in order to draw the bread dough contained in a hopper 4, the weighing and dividing machine being characterised in that the crank plates 9, 24 of the said rod/crank systems are not paired, that is the said crank plates are not engaged with each other. <IMAGE>
