Vacuum drum comprises inner rotor, intermediate stator and outer housing drum. Inner rotor has open and closed parts and made with possibility to rotate inside intermediate stator. Intermediate stator is made without possibility of rotation and has open and closed parts. Outer housing drum has open and closed parts and made with possibility of movement around intermediate stator. Inner rotor and intermediate stator together confine internal rotary valve interface.
