PURPOSE:To obtain an eggroll, having good keeping quality, and cookable easily after refrigeration, by adding an invert sugar in place of sucrose in raw materials for the eggroll, waxy corn starch in place of starch and glycerol, etc. in place of part of water to the raw materials. CONSTITUTION:Water, sucrose and starch, etc. are added and mixed with an egg liquid to cook raw materials for an eggroll. In the process, glycerol, propylene glycol, sorbitol, etc. in place of part of the water to be added and invert sugar in place of the sucrose are added to the raw materials. Waxy corn starch in place of the starch is added to the raw materials. |
