<p>PURPOSE:To enable the sprinkling operation with reduced labor, by attaching a discharge port at the bottom of a yeast tank, inserting a discharging tube furnished with a filter firmly into the discharge port, and placing a sprinkling means to suck the sprinkling liquid from the discharge tube and sprinkling from the top of the tank. CONSTITUTION:A discharge port 2 is attached to the bottom of the yeast tank 1. A discharge tube 5 having a filter 7 positioned along the bottom plate 6 of the tank 1 is inserted into and fixed to the discharge port 2. The sprinkling liquid (enzymatic extract of koji yeast) is sprinkled from the top of the yeast tank 1 by the sprinkling means 3, 12, 11. It is preferable to cover the filter 7 attached to the bottom of the tank 1 with a bottomless filter 8 keeping a proper distance therebetween.</p> |
