The invention concerns a removable sealing stopper with a pouring spout adaptable to all types of necks. This stopper comprises a body 6 integral with a plunger tube 10 capable of being engaged in the neck 3 of the container in such a way that its lower end emerges in the vicinity of the bottom of the container 1, a mobile valve for stopping the other end of the said plunger tube, means 7 of controlling the said valve, a pipe for the removal of the liquid forming a pouring spout 5 and connecting with a chamber formed in the body 6 of the stopper and itself connected by the intermediary of the said valve with the said plunger tube and means 8 for joining the stopper 4 in a sealed manner with, or for detaching it from, the inside wall of the neck 3, the said means defining a cylindrical sleeve surrounding the plunger tube and whose external diameter is adjustable by means of appropriate control means 9.
