Boiler with heat exchange stages in furnace and flue gas channel

The boiler plant has furnace and flue channel which accommodates heat exchanger stages. This arrangement removes nitrogen oxides under optimum conditions while saving energy and no downstream connected equipment is used. Into the flue gas channel (34, 84) is fitted a denitrator (35) which is loaded with catalyst. The denitrator is fitted into a section of flue gas channel ensuring optimum reaction temp. for the catalyst. The temp. of the flue gas in the denitrator section is regulated. The denitrator secion has a feed channel (44) provided with stop valve. It has at least one source for gas at a temp. different to that of the flue gas temp. in the denitrator section.
