The invention relates to motors, cutters, grinders with a monobloc rotor, comprising a clamp which makes it possible to clamp any type of tool, whose size is comparable with a pen. The clamping and unclamping do not necessitate any tools and can be achieved without effort. An antivibration system makes this a precision tool. This motor comprises a body 1, a stator 2, a rotor 3, an air feed system 4, 5 and a channelled exhaust 6, a clamp 7 and its actuating ring 8. Amongst the most advantageous applications of the invention, mention may be used of a cutter used in a dental or medical environment. <IMAGE>
