This plaster consists of a pulverulent dry mixture which comprises a major proportion of plaster and which comprises a minor proportion of a pulverulent swelling agent, a powdered hardener and a powdered thickening and water-retaining agent. The invention applies to the production of coatings or products made of expanded plaster.
