The subject of the invention relates to a lifting and forcing pump with a pneumatic membrane controlled by a fluid or gas under pressure. It consists of the combination of a source of gaseous or liquid drive fluid 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, of a pressure relief valve 7, of a lubricant, of a turbine 9 connected to the drive shaft 11 of a pump 12. It is intended to replace the electric drives with a simple mechanical system using an inert gas under pressure producing the same rotational effects as a motor. <IMAGE>
