A device for sprinkling solid particles into a liquid carrier has a separator surrounding a stirrer shaft and a filter screen surrounding the separator and the stirrer device and arranged in close connection with the separator, the stirrer device having two centrifugal stirrer devices extending axially at a radial spacing, and stirrer rods extending between the centrifugal stirrer devices, so that the dispersant cannot block the filter screen which forms a part of the rotor separator. The device is also provided with a frustoconical component on the inside of the mixing vessel next to the rotor separator, so that the dispersant coming into contact therewith is passed back to the centre of the mixing vessel. In addition, devices for adjusting the position of the rotor separator on the shaft are provided, in order to adjust the gap in the gap seal. <IMAGE>
