Product of the type used in nutrition and dietetics. It is obtained from the fibrous parts of the hazelnut and comprises the fibrous parts of the hazelnut (shell and skin) which are reduced to a powder of floury consistency. After the shell and the skin have been ground to a powder, the flour obtained is treated in order to obtain a predetermined pH, and then the flour is dried. It is possible to envisage use in nutrition and dietetics and to contemplate this use in the clinical field. |
