PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a thin-film polymer laminated film capacitor, capable of producing a thin-film polymer laminated film capacitor having a higher breakdown voltage than the conventional ones.SOLUTION: A method for producing a thin-film polymer laminated film capacitor includes a laminate production step of producing a laminate in which a resin thin-film layer and a metal thin-film layer are laminated on a rotating drum. In the laminate production step, the laminate is produced by alternately conducting: a resin thin-film layer formation step of forming n layers (n is an integer of 2 or more) of resin thin-films 120, as the resin thin-film layer; and a metal thin-film layer formation step of forming one layer of a metal thin-film layer 130, as the metal thin-film layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
