The invention creates an articulated crane which has a tower consisting of elements connected in an articulated manner and a jib consisting of elements connected in an articulated manner. The crane can be taken from the transport position into the working position in a single movement, the jib being extended at the same time. In the transport position, the crane has a small vertical dimension in accordance with the cross-sections of the jib elements.
