发明名称 COIL INSULATING METHOD OF ROTARY ELECTRIC MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the number of insulating steps by mounting a fibrous insulator on the surface of a bare copper conductor, and covering and insulating the entire coil end with thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A mica tape is wound on a hexagonal coil to form the first insulating layer 3. This coil is inserted into stator slots, and coupled, and mounted at the phase ring 5. prepreg tape of fibrous insulator 8 which contains synthetic resin is wound on the surface 4 of the bare copper conductor of this portion. After it is heated, thermosetting resin (epoxy resin) of -40-200 deg.C of glass transition temperature is used to form a film. This film is heated to harden a resin film and the glass epoxy prepreg tape 8, thereby forming the second insulating layer 7. After the first and second layer 3, 7 are formed, a stator is entirely impregnated with epoxy resin, and hardened as prescribed.
