PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress irradiation of an invisible laser beam to outside of a visible light irradiation range.SOLUTION: The wavelengths of a measurement beam emitted from a measurement laser source 1 and a collimation beam emitted from a collimation laser source 2 are synthesized by a fiber type WDM optical coupler 3 to be emitted to a collimator lens 4. The collimator lens 4 converts an incident measurement beam into a parallel luminous flux 210 and then emits the same to a measurement target object and converts an incident collimation beam into a parallel luminous flux 229 having the same optical axis with the parallel luminous flux 210 of the measurement beam and a larger diameter than that of the parallel luminous flux 210 of the measurement beam and then emits the same to the measurement target object. The measurement laser source 1 emits a laser beam of near infrared light as a measurement beam and the collimation laser source 2 emits a laser beam of visible light as a collimation beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
