PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic transaction machine capable of, when an acquisitor is different from a transaction person, recovering a medium by guiding the acquisitor to feed the acquired medium to thereby reduce time and trouble for the acquisitor to notify the medium to the transaction person.SOLUTION: An automatic transaction machine 1 receives a transaction operation made by a transaction person 6a and discharges a medium 2a from a medium processing section 2. When the medium 2a is acquired by an acquisitor 6b, a determination section 4 determines whether the acquisitor 6b who has acquired the medium 2a is the transaction person 6a himself or not based on an image of the transaction person and an image of the acquisitor taken by an imaging section 3. When the determination section determines that the acquisitor 6b is not the transaction person 6a, the automatic transaction machine 1 guides the acquisitor 6b to feed the medium 2a through a recovery processing section 5 to recovery the medium 2a acquired by the acquisitor 6b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
