PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus configured to measure advertising effect of a distributed advertisement, and an information processing method.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: a position information acquisition section 140 which acquires current position information indicating a current position of the information processing apparatus; a memory 130 which stores a distance condition value indicating a predetermined distance based on a facility, for each type of facilities; a receiving section 121 which receives facility information including facility position information indicating a position of a facility and identification information uniquely identifying the type of the facility; a CPU 110 which generates a conversion result for determining that a user has stayed in the facility, on the basis of the current position information, the facility position information, and the distance condition value; and a transmission section 122 which transmits the conversion result to an external device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
