PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having excellent color uniformity while suppressing a reflectance.SOLUTION: An antireflection film includes a high refractive index layer and a low refractive index layer on a transparent base material. In the antireflection film, luminous reflectance Y value, avalue and bvalue in a Lab color system satisfy conditions (1) and (2) below, when measured with a sample having a black board bonded, interposing a transparent adhesive, on a side opposite to the high refractive index layer side of the transparent base material of the antireflection film. <Condition (1)> If the sample is irradiated with light at an incident angle of 5 degrees, the luminous reflectance Y value of regular reflection light of the incident light is 0.50% or lower. <Condition (2)> If a gradient of a square-root of the sum of squares of the avalue and the bvalue between respective measurements is calculated from a formula (A) below, an angle x (degree) denoting an inflection point at which the gradient changes from negative to positive is 25 degrees≤x.
