PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas sensor that detects plural components and is suppressed in increase of the number of sensors.SOLUTION: An exhaust gas sensor 10 includes: a porous material 11 for absorbing a first measurement component and a second measurement component in an exhaust gas; a heater 12 for heating the porous material 11; an antenna 13 for irradiating the porous material 11 with a microwave; and a calculating unit 16 for measuring the characteristic value of the microwave having passed through the porous material 11. The calculating unit 16 calculates the amount of the first measurement component from the difference between the respective characteristic values at a first temperature and at a second temperature, and calculates the amount of the second measurement component from the difference between the respective characteristic values at the second temperature and at a third temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
