FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to capital construction of buildings and structures. Life-sustaining layout of buildings includes internal and external walls, forming planning modules (zones). Covering, inner and outer walls have same thickness. Distance between walls inside building and width of floor are multiples of thickness of walls.
