<p>1. Device intended to permit a sub-assembly of a ball point section to be integrated in the end of the body of a composite pen possessing at its other end a subassembly of nib section or felt-tip section, the said ball point section being formed on the one hand by a fixed part (7) screwing into the end (1b) of the central body (1) of the pen, within which fixed part the ink refill (13) is accommodated, and on the other hand by a part (8) which is capable of limited translatory movement and fixed in rotation relative to the said fixed part (7), the device being characterized in that the fixed part (7) possesses, on each of two diametrally opposed generatrices of a cylinder (7b), a semi-circular boss (7b) disposed in the longitudinal direction of the fixed part, in that the thickness of the said boss is accommodated in a longitudinal groove (8c) machined on two diametrally opposed generatrices of a bore (8b) of the mobile part (8), of equal width, apart from the functional clearances, to the thickness of the boss, the base of each groove receiving a spring leaf (9), in that the longitudinal section of the said leaf possesses two successive semi-circular undulations (9a and 9b), combined with that of the boss (7d) of the fixed part, the interval separating the two undulations corresponding to the value of the travel of the mobile part (8) which is necessary to ensure the disengagement or retraction of the writing tip forming one of the ends of the ink refill, the said spring leaves being maintained longitudinally in their groove by means of a ring (10) screwing into the mobile part (8) and fitting flush with the end of the latter, and in that the said ring plays the part of a mechanical stop, in a manner complementary to the spring-clipping positions, coming to rest, at the end of its translatory movement, either on the end of the central body of the pen or on the bosses (7d) of the fixed part (7).</p> |
