The invention relates to a window with glazing bars, with an insulating-glass insert (4) which preferably fills the entire window frame or casement and in the inner space of which a circumferential distance piece (11) and additional inner distance pieces (12, 13) are arranged in a pattern which corresponds to glazing bars arranged in front of the panes. The circumferential distance piece (11) is provided so as to run around and the inner distance pieces (12, 13) abut flush against the inner circumferential surfaces (27) of the circumferential distance piece (11) or of other inner distance pieces (12). For connection, riveted-on insertion connections designed as spring elements can be used. The pane intermediate space can thus be reliably sealed to the outside. <IMAGE>
