The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for dispensing at least one fluid for use in reducing the bacteria count on hands during washing and providing an objective measure of cleanliness of hands. The preferred embodiment of the apparatus being in a shape of a magic marker pen comprising at least one chamber which contains a non toxic sterile ink like material that, when applied to a person's hands disappears after a certain amount of time washing and a felt-tip for dispensing said material. The non toxic sterile ink contained in the preferred embodiment is a natural product of Quercus Infectoria or similar which is also an antimicrobial reagent against Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas and common viral agents. In use, after placing a mark on both palms of his/her hands using the apparatus, the user would wash/wipe hands as described above until the ink disappears. |
