A description is given of an outside-wall anchor for building construction and civil engineering, in particular a facade anchor, for fastening facade elements of a ventilated facade, comprising a dowel, which is located in the outside wall or on the masonry of the outside wall, and an anchor bolt which penetrates the facade element and is screwed into the dowel by its thread. In the case of said outside-wall anchor, according to the invention an external thread for screwing on a counter-holder for the anchor bolt is arranged on the outer end of the dowel and, behind the external thread, a wall bracket is fastened on an outer dowel portion jutting out of the wall.
