1. An upholstered furniture system, comprising:
(a) a first assembled configuration for seating; (b) a second unassembled configuration for storage and shipping, said upholstered furniture system comprising:
(i) a horizontal seat support frame, said frame having opposing front and rear panels and opposing side panels, said panels arranged fixedly and continuously to define a rectangular storage cavity, said frame further comprising one or more movable support members pivotally connected by first and second ends thereof to said front and rear panels and within said cavity and extending generally perpendicularly therebetween;(ii) one or more back frame members;(iii) one or more arm members;(iv) wherein said one or more back frame members connect to said rear panel, to said one or more arm members, or combinations thereof;(v) wherein said one or more arm members connect to respective side panels; and further wherein in said second unassembled configuration at least one of said one or more back frame members, one or more cushions to be used in said system, said one or more arm members, or combinations thereof, are positioned in said cavity. |
