In order to transmit signals, a decoupling junction is provided to whose output the parallel circuit consisting of an all-pass filter with a constant basic attentuation and a reactance filter is connected. The signals are added again in a subsequent adding circuit, in particular an operational amplifier. Darlington all-pass filters can possibly be used as the all-pass circuit.
