Disclosed are a terminal offline method, a PCRF device, a user subscription data device and a communication system. The method comprises: when a terminal needs to go offline, a standby policy and charging rules device issuing a terminal offline request to a user subscription data device, the terminal offline request containing an office direction update identifier; and when the user subscription data device receives the terminal offline request sent by the standby policy and charging rules device and acquires the office direction update identifier in the terminal offline request, directly performing offline processing on the terminal corresponding to the terminal offline request according to the office direction update identifier. Therefore, even if a terminal comes online at a main PCRF and goes offline at a standby PCRF, after receiving the terminal offline request sent by a standby policy and charging rules device, a user subscription data device can directly perform offline processing on the corresponding terminal, and the standby policy and charging rules device does not need to additionally initiate online and offline flows to the user subscription data device, so that signalling interaction and processing delay can be reduced. |
